Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is an unwoven fabric consisting of randomly distributed chopped strands held together with a powder or emulsion binder.

Application:
Chopped Strand Mat is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. The products are most widely used in hand lay-up process and can also be used in filament winding, Compression molding and continuous laminating processes. The typical end-use applications include various panels, Tank, boats, FRP roofing sheet, Auto roof, bathroom equipment and cooling towers etc.,

Bond type: Powder or Emulsion.
Density: 80g/m2-900g/m2. Normal types are 180g/m2. 225g/m2. 300g/m2 450g/m2 .600m2.
Bond Content: 100g/m2 (10%-15%). 300g/m2.450g/m2.600g/m2 (4%-6%)
Roll Width: 200mm-2600mm .Normal types are 750mm. 1040mm. 1250mm. 1270mm. 1450mm.

Package:
Product is manufactured in form of a roll wrap on a paper tube then after packed in a plastic bag and placed with in a cardboard carton.
Rolls can be loaded in a container directly or on pallets.

Storage: Product shall be placed under dryness condition and shall no be open the covering membrane until applying.
