IG-001:Reinforced Graphite Sheet(Material Gaskets)
Reinforced Graphite Sheet is made of flexible graphite with SUS316, SUS304, Carbon steel and non-metallic fiber inserted. The inserted material type include tanged, adhesively flat sheet,wire etc..It has good compressibility and resilience, excellent sealing property for microscopic surface irrgeularities and long working life. It is mainly used for making flange sealing, cylinder head gaskets, Reinforced Gaskets, Engine Seals. Motor gasket, Exhaust seals, Graphite gaskets, Heat shields and all seals gaskets.

IG001-01 Reinforced Graphite Composite Sheet With SS316 Tanged
Manufactured from flexible graphite foil mechanically clinched to stainless steel tanged (perforated) metal sheet-SUS316 insert. It has good compressibility and resilience, excellent sealing property for microscopic surface irrgeularities and long working life. Recommended to use in pipework and vessels in the chemical and petrochemical industries and power stations.

IG001-06 Reinforced Graphite Sheet With Stainless Steel Wire Manufactured from flexible graphite sheet with o.3mm or 0.4mm thick stainless steel wire sheet insert. The material comprises two outer layers of graphite foil with a central stainless steel wire mesh core. The layers are bonded together in-house with a unique adhesive bonding system that does not delaminate during punching, storage and use.
