Description: Protein G, a cell surface protein of Group G streptococci, binds strongly and specifically to the Fc region of immunoglobulin molecules, especially IgG of most species including Human, Rabbit, Mouse, Cow, Goat, Sheep, etc. .It contains 3 high affinity binding sites that are capable of interacting with the Fc region of IgG. HRP/Protein G is produced by covalently linking HRP to Protein G, which can be used in immunodetection such as immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry.

Storage: Store at 4 centi-degree for short term (one-month ).Aliquot and store at -20 centi-degree for longer storage .Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.If slight precipitation occurs upon prolonged storage ,clarify the solution by centrifugation before use.

Working Dilution : Working concentrations for specific applications should be detemined by titration assay.
