The self-lubricating DU 3-layer composite bush and bearing are widely used in mechanical engineering industries.

Parameter:
1. Improved PTFE thickness: 0.01-0.05mm
2. Spherical bronze thickness: 0.25-0.30mm
3. Steel back thickness: 0.7-2.2mm
4. Plating Cu and Sn thickness: 0.003-0.008mm

Advantages:
1. Less maintenance or no maintenance, suitable to rough lubrication
2. Excellence wear-resistance, low friction coefficient, long service life
3. Synovial membrane is formed to effective protect axes pieces4. Working temperature range is wide, normally used in -195 Celsius degree ~+270 Celsius degree
5. By Cu and Sn electroplating and other anti-corrosion layer, it can be suitable to difference corrosive environment
