We are mess producing powder metal piston, rod guide, valve seat for shock absorber and damper of motocar and motocycle. We also produce the piston with PTEF skirt and piston ring, and the DU bushing which is located in the rod guide.

We have many advanced equipments such as 100T, 325T auto mechanical compact press as well as pedrail ultrasonic cleaner line specially produce the piston and guild bush and valve seat for your damper. We offer customized shock absorber pistons and rod guide and Du bushing to meet your specific requirements.

The properties of shock absorber parts are as below:

1. Density of piston: no less than 6.3g/cm3
2. Density of valve seat: no less than 6.5g/cm3
3. Density of rod guide: no less than 6.7g/cm3
4. Hardness: 60-70 HB
