Hot-dipped Galvanized Wire
The common sizes applied for electro galvanized wire and hot-dip galvanized wire are from BWG8# to BWG16#. Wire with smaller diameter or bigger one also available for customer choice.
Processing of Hot-dip Galvanized Wire:
Yuda produces good quality hot-dip galvanized iron wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling.
Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire Features:
Hot-dip galvanized wire we produce offers excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2.
Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg.
Custom orders for hot-dip galvanized wire also available.

Electro Galvanized Wire
Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Sizes:
Electro galvanized iron wire ranging from BWG8# to BWG16# is the mostly used for customers. We also offer thinner galvanized wire down to BWG5# or up to BWG28# upon customers specific order. Single coil package for electro galvanized iron wire can be as small as 10 kg and up to maximum 1000 kg per coil.
Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Processing & Features:
This kind of galvanized wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes. Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
Forms of Supply:
Electro galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Annealed Wire
Black annealed wire is made of iron wire, mainly used as tie wire or binding wire in construction.
We can produce annealed wire ranges from 8# up to 38# (wire diameter from 0.17-4.5mm). Custom orders are also acceptable.
Packing: can be made according to our customers' requirements
Straightened Cut Wire
We supply cut wire of different sizes as baling wire or binding wire in construction. Materials can be galvanized iron wire or black iron wire.
U Type Wire
We can produce U type series carbon steel wire according to customers' requirements.
Standard specification of U type carbon steel wire: Wire gauge 18#-22# (wire diameter from 0.7mm to 1.2mm) while the length varies according to our customers' needs.

PVC Coated Wire
We offer PVC coated iron wire to customers. PVC Coated Wire is manufactured with quality iron wire. PVC is the most popular plastic for coating wires, as it is relatively low in cost, resilient, fire retardant and possesses good insulating properties.
