Arachidonic Acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) which is abundant,
active and necessary in the human body. AA is extracted from a kind of
fungus and can be added into various children's foods as a nutrient
enrichment. Today it has extensive application in health care products,
cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical materials.
As a nutrient enrichment, AA is capable of advancing intelligence, strengthening
memory ability and improving eyesight. It comes in two forms:

b) Peroxide value(meq/kg): ≤10
c) Hydroxy value (meq/kg): ≤3.0
d) Acid value (mg(KOH)/g): ≤1.0
e) As (mg/kg): ≤0.1
f) Heavy metal (Pb) (mg/kg): ≤0.1
