Fibre for Thermo Insulation Products

Since 1999, we have been placed a great deal of emphasis on developing and marketing one synthetic fibre filling, the MF77™. It uses premium hollowfibres materials, which is top quality & supple hollow polyester filament; it is light and soft, feels like down and silk. MF77™ has been certified and selected to manufacture sleeping bags and gowns for the military uses, both in Germany and Turkey. With MF77™ filling, they can be used under the climate of -20C.

MF77™ fillings are highly resilient, they are machine washable and can retain its softness & shape wash after wash. It achieved the UK and California fire & safety requirement, It also achieved the Oko-Tex Standard 100 ensuring all goods are anti-moist, anti-bacteria, anti-fungi and anti-allergy. Recently, it passed the ignition test by ISO 12952, which shows it fulfill the fire safety requirement.
