Pharmacology
rhIL-2 is produced by gene recombination technique. Comparing with nature product, its biologic activity in vivo is in accord with that in vitro. IL-2 is a kind of lymph gene that activated by the lymph cells, which can stimulate the killer T lymph cells (CTL), natural killing cells (NK) or the macrophage increase and killing functions of cells. It can also induce other lymph gene such as γ- the secretion of the interferon and lymph toxicity, which can induce and engender the killing cells that activated by the lymph gene (LAK), the latter one can dissolve the tumor cells directly. Solely used IL-2 or the IL-2 plus LAK enable to disappear the tumors of the animals. In 1985, Rosenberg and others reported that used IL-2 plus LAK enable to obtain the clinical remission for partly patients with terminal melanoma and kidney cancer
Indications
1. DE LU SHENG is indicated for the treatment of metastatic renal cancer,hepatic carcinoma, lung cancer, malignant melanoma, bladder cancer, gastocarcinoma or other malignant tumors. It can also be used for eliminiation of cancerous pleural effusion or ascites.
2.DE LU SHENG can improve human immune function, decrease cancer recurrence, improve the therapy effect prolong the survival after surgical operation, chemotherapy or rediotherapy.
3.DE LU SHENG can improve the anti-infection activity against congenital or acquired immune deficiency syndrome such as AIDS.
