4.1 - 50 Kilo Bags PP bags with polythene inner. 2% of empty bags supplied free of charge

Procedures
1. Buyer issues LOI and BCL or LOI with complete banking detail and authorization of Soft Probe - Seller responds with FCO (Full Corporate Offer)
2. Buyer signs and returns FCO.
3. Contract is signed and exchanged via fax or e-mail and hard copies.
4. Buyer's bank issues proof of funds & draft LC & seller responds with proof of product & approves LC draft.
5. Buyer's bank issues LC preadvice, to become operative when the 2% performance bond is received.
6. Seller's bank issues 2% PB to activate LC.
7. First shipment commences 30-45 days after receipt of acceptable LC.
