產品描述

TYD Series Highly Efficient Inundation Oil Purifier Solely Designed For Lubricating Oil

TYD Series oil purifier is specialized for the turbine oil which water content is very high, hydraulic oil, refrigerating machine oil and another lubricating oil which need to remove a lot of water to realize to filter the little tiny impurities.

Features

High and New Technology Molecule emulsion breaking thin film evaporation

Highly efficient dewater quickly to remove water from the half water oil

Highly efficient dewatering quantity is 0. 5-2. 5Kg per minute High

Efficacy it is not need to change the dewatering system

It is have high capacity in dewatering and emulsion breaking. It can remove a lot of water from the oil and also can filter moisture from it

Because the machine adopt the technology of thin film evaporation and molecule evaporation, it can quickly break emulsion and make the muddy and emulsifying oil become limpidity and clarity.

It adopts special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technique, which can solve the problem of changing the filter periodically, reduce the cost of purification and lighten the labor force.

Strong impurity removing capability. The large area and intensive precise filtration materials can remove the granules in the oil and meanwhile its automatic back flushing function can automatically clean the large quantity of residule impurities withheld by filter. Which serves as a substitute for system cleaning device and can bring a serious contaminated oil system back to Running turbine oil be polluted control standard

It adopts advanced infrared liquid level control system which enables a man-machine separated operation. Its automatic, portable, safe and reliable. And simple on operation.
