The function of dipping unit
a. Dipping unit is equipped with a vacuum pump to suck up JIG plate.
b. Dipping unit is equipped with 2 air cylinders. It can position JIG plate.
c. Dipping unit reverses and moves up/down. It is controlled by AC motor automatically.
d. Dipping unit reverses and moves upward for placing JIG board manually.
e. Dipping unit reverses and moves downward and also buckles up in order to control the up/down accuracy of JIG plate.
f. The up / down speed of Dipping unit and its position are all controlled by product data in HMI
The function of squeegee
a. With a pressure regulating gauge to control the pressure of squeegee.
b. Squeegee is moved up and down by air cylinder. Squeegee unit can be raised and detached for cleaning.
c. The accuracy of squeegee's upper and lower position can be adjusted.
