Cold hobbing work is 30 multiple faster than traditional machining, applicable for working and cold forming porcess of screw gear, straight gear and oil groove thread hobbing, ensuring high precision and more satisfactory surface accuracy.
Is a development derived from the new cold forming concept. In addition to basic requirement for uniform texture of the workpiece material, hobbing accuracy shall be fulfilled based on the formed gear rack length. To satisfy the requirements for accuracy and efficiency, machine is able to clamp more than two gear racks, one after one, so as to provided with the design of rapid hobbing cutters changeover. The durable life of a hobbing cutter is about 100000-200000depending on stability of workpieces material. For a hobbing cutter of 640m/m, tolerance of 0.015mm is assured based on the measuring over pins. Cold hobbing forming machine is successful as a result of our abundant experience in research, development and manufacture for many years, good enough for the users to carry out special workpieces development.
