New Auto-Feeding Model - M-60A, M-60AM, M-60APB

CHALi Strapping Systems has recently presentation its new system with which developed in past 2 years. Unlike all conventional models made in Taiwan, the M-60A is tensioning by controls of dial with big range of tension force giving by set-ups. The M-60A model can also not only do the Auto-Feeding of strap but can do Auto Loop-ejecting when missing in operation like push down button without packages. In its first show-off in the Emballage, this system has been gained lots of focus from visitors on the show. After then CHALi's technicians improved the material and structure of main components of this model to higher up its stability. At present, this model has been passed 500 thousands non-stop strapping test in CHALi Factory and has been receiving over 30 trial orders from then. Furthermore, some of these trial orders have been transformed into a regular order from different areas.

We are proud of ourselves to introduce customers here with a friendly design based strapping machine has been done by our efforts in the past 2 years and now is becoming "HOT" model among our range.

An ideal Specifications of M-60A is like follows,
Power consumption: 1.0 KW
Standard Arch size:
800W x 600Hmm/ Aluminum cover
750W x 600H/ Baked metal cover
Strap width in use: 9-15mm; 6-7 option by request
Tension force: 5-60 Kg

The M-60A model can be done with customer's individual image to decorate on front panel, arch cover (metal) and machine body. The standardize set-ups is light gray colored body with black cover and front panel. Customer's collocation is also available by request.
