1. Locate quality oriented, reliable buyers/suppliers throughout the world.
2. Develop and market new products for sale to and

3. Provide on-going quality control assistance with
our own HACCP approved quality control Chemical Engineers
for in-plant product verifications.
4. Promote and market producer`s brand label or your
private label.
5. Visit plant facilities to monitor first-hand
production of specialty items during start-up phase.
6. Prepare and handle representative air samples for
inspection and approval, if necessary.(SAMPLES ARE ISSUED
AT BUYER'S EXPENSE UPON ACCEPTANCE OF FORMAL CORPORATE
OFFER AND VERIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CAPABILITY VIA BANKING
COMFORT LETTER).
7. Arrange and accompany suppliers/customers to
visit and inspect plant facilities.
8. Interface with various government agencies in
arranging proper inspections, certifications and documents
required by Customs and Export Authorities.
9. Evaluate long-term trends to identify and secure
sources of supply necessary for large volume ongoing
monthly contracts.
10. Arrange booking schedules to ensure timely
shipment of goods via ocean vessel, air cargo or rail
transport.
11. Closely monitor movement of cargo from point of
origin to final destination.
12. Negotiate and handle International Letters of
Credit.
13. Occasionally act as sales representative or
commission agent on large volume long-term transactions
