Jiangsu Niupai Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is national new high-tech enterprise, Jiangsu provincial research center of loom shedding engineering technology, Jiangsu famous trademark enterprise. We specialize in R&D, production and sales of all sorts of shuttleless loom shedding devices. Sales-and-service shops are set up in many places home and abroad to comprehensively meet customers’ needs.
Since Niupai founded up, we Niupai people have been “Quality foremost, technology innovation” oriented. We aim at forefront of global textile machinery technology, introduce talents and international advanced technologies and engage in industry-university-research with colleges. Our core products are cam shedding device, mechanical dobby, electronic dobby, electronic jacquard, heald frame and etc.. We have earned many national patents. Many of our products are identified as the state’s key new products, new high-tech products. Among them, the application of cam shedding device on water-jet loom has filled a domestic gap in this field, and is listed in China Torch Program.
We introduced world-class five-axis machining center, NC cam grinding machine, laser cutting machine, trilinear coordinates measuring instrument, roughness profiler and other processing devices and testing equipment from Germany, Japan, Italy and etc., which guarantees excellence in research, production and quality control.
Recent years, we comprehensively introduced Toyota Lean Production System and Performance Evaluation System, which greatly improves our management level, production efficiency and product quality, and lays a solid foundation for quick and sustainable development. |
