The company production capacity of JCOE LSAW steel pipe is 200000 tons annually, wind turbine tower 5000 length. The Company has 214 workers, including technical persons more than 40.
The company introduced high advanced set of submerged arc welded steel pipe of JCOE production and testing equipment, specializing in the production of thick wall of large diameter longitudinal double submerged arc welded pipe, the product specifically is OD406mm- OD1422mm, length 3m-12m, wall thickness 8mm-60mm, executive standard products for GB/T3091, GB/T9711.1, GB/ T9711.2, API 5L, PSL1/PSL2,etc. material: Q235, Q345, L175-L555,X42-X80.etc.
The company products are widely applied in all types of oil and gas pipeline and the building steel structure, including oil, natural gas pipeline, pipeline, water pipeline of coal mining city, mine coal slurry pipeline, high voltage transmission line. Wind power, high-speed railway bridge, the steel construction of building.
The company set up the steel pipe anti-corrosion company, the company is located in Cangzhou City Development Zone, covers an area of 60000 square meters, three international advanced steel pipe anti-corrosion production line. At present the company can undertake monolayer steel pipe (FBE) and double fusion bonded epoxy powder (2FBE), double layer of polyethylene (2PE) and a three layer of polyethylene (3PE). The implementation of standard is DIN30670, DIN30671, SY/T0413-2002, SY/T0135-2000, Q/CNPC38-2002, SY/T0457-2000, annual production capacity of 4000000 square meters.
In addition, the subsidiary company AUSIN PIPELINE MATERIAL&EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD play the role of the foreign trade sales department for Allland and its other subsidiary factories.And we are also in charge of attending various tenders for international oil field and construction projects.The products we covered are LSAW steel pipe,Seamless steel pipe,Spiral steel pipe,anti-corrosion steel pipe,bend,Flange,Elbows etc project suited pipe fittings,as well as pipeline equipment.

In 2011, the company has obtain the American Petroleum Institute API 5L certificate.
