The company covers an area of 67,000 square meters and has 500 staffs, 4 precision casting production lines, 60 CNC lathes, 100 processing equipments and special machines. The company has many advanced equipments, such as spectrometers, chemistry analyzers, metallurgical microscope, sclerometer, roundness measuring instrument, rough meter and three-coordinate measuring instrument introduced from Japan to ensure the quality.
The company has acquired ISO9001 and TUV Certificate, and has passed the PED and the CE authentication successively. The company carries out the 5S management comprehensively.
The company produces all kinds of ball valves, gate valves, check valves, globe valves and all kinds of fittings which have been exported to all over the world. We have cooperated with many worldwide well-known valve factories, providing the OEM service to them. The valves and fittings are designed and manufactured according to international standards, such as API, ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS and they are made of CF8M, CF8, CF3, CF3M and WCB.
