Jianhu Xusheng Petrochemical Machinery company ltd is a manufacturing company in forged pipe fittings, flanges and forgings. Lied in Jianhu County, Jiangsu Province, the company covers an area of 24,000 square meters and has a total investment of over 10 million Dollars. It owns over 150 employees and 22 professional technicians (five with senior title and ten with middle-rank title).Manufacturing and testing equipment are fully available in the company. Totally there are more than 300 pieces of equipment, including automatic band sawing, bar cutting machines, forging presses, forging machine ring, box-tpye resistance furnace, CNC lather, vertical lathes, drilling machines, physical and chemical testing and nondestructive inspection equipment.
The company mainly produces forged elbows, tees, outlets, flanges and forgings. With nearly 20-year production history, its annual output reaches 4 million pieces and its forged products are over 10 thousand tons. the products are widely used in the pipe systems of nuclear power plants, petroleum, chemical, power station, shipping, food, fire-fighting, ect.
The company has passed quality management system of ISO9001-2008,environmental management system of ISO 14001-2004,occupational health and safety management system of GB/T28001-2001 and Q/SY10002.1-2007 health and safety environment (HSE) management system standard test. The company has sound organization and complete management system, which makes the whole process of production is under control. In addition. The company has been awarded such certificates as Manufacture License of Special Equipment(pressure pipe), License of Civil Nuclear safety equipment and Member Enterprise of China Petroleum resource Market, all of which are issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People Republic of China. Since it is the largest manufacturing company of forged pipe fittings interiorly, the company, entrusted by China State Technical Committee for Standardization of pipe fittings, was responsible for drafting national standards of the forged pipe fittings in 2003 and 2008. |
