Anhui Line Electric Pump Co.,Ltd, located in Ningguo economic and technological development zone, Anhui province, is an enterprise of National key high-tech, National Double excellence, provincial key export, and also the backbone enterprise in China pump industry.
Our company has the capacity for independent development and manufacturing pumps for industries. For a long time, we provide superior products and services in various fields, such as nuclear power, electric power, petrifaction, metallurgy, chemical industry, plumbing work, fire fighting, papermaking and so on.
In order to build top-ranking enterprise and make first-class products, we continuously improve the innovative ability of R&D and manufacturing, also imported Siemens UG-NX7.5 three dimensional design and processing software, USA NREC Concepts hydraulic design and three dimensional flow field analysis software, DyroBes rotor dynamics analysis software, this improves the efficiency, reliability and development rate of product R&D. Our company buildup the resin-bonded sand foundry production line which annual output can reach tons, 3000 ton cast steel production line, USA Hunter automatic molding production line. Cast steel smelting uses AOD refining techniques, we also provide Ingle and Beruk direct-reading spectrometer, metallographical analysis meter, stretching and ballistics test facility, X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, and penetration testing method. In metal processing, we have 50 sets CNC machining equipment, including USA Tarus five-axis high speed vertical CNC milling machine, Germany Louis four-axis boring & milling machine, USA Cincinnati vertical machining center.
Our company has been established nuclear safety quality control system, and got approval of nuclear safety design and manufacture (include foundry). We also passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14000 environmental system certification, got the UL/FM fire-fighting quality certificate, measuring system obtained national secondary measurement authentication. Product checking use coordinate measuring machine, universal length meter, optical tool microscope, etc.. Product testing has the capacity of 60,000 cubic meters, building the nuclear pump closed testing apparatus, which ensure the conformity and reliability of product function,
