ROTEL locates in the center of electric appliance industry area __Guangdong province. It takes up area of 30000 square meters and was invested of capital assets more than 90 million RMB with an average annual production turnover of 40''000''000 USD. ROTEL is a large-scale base specializing in manufacturing various types of induction cooker/infared ceramic cooker/ high efficiency induction cooker/electric pressure cooker/gas stove/range hood/gas waterheater/electric waterheater. We concentrate on manufacture, marketing and meanwhile attach great importance on R&D. Our factory passed ISO9001: 2000 approval and has many other certifications for products like 3C/CE/CB/GS/EMC/ETL/PSE/ROSH. Each year, we have more than 100 new models as well as keeping R&D new products.
ROTEL is a company who has 14 years history. We has thousands of staffs and a young & energetic management team. Among them, there are highly-educated managers, expert engineers, professional quality control group and excellent sales team. We have FOUR factories of ROTEL GROUP in Zhongshan and Shunde, two subsidiary companies of IWANTO (Shunde) and ConMISE (Beijing). We have 10 automatic streamline production lines, running by ERP, ABC and CMP system, which has a production capacity of more than 500000PCS per month under strict quality control system. There are advanced professional facilities including 3PCS automatic PCB making machine, 6 sets ACT online testing devices from Germany, 1 set automatic wave crest welding device and 1 set automatic cutting device from Japan. What''s more, we also have our own material factories of hardware / plastic part / heating element / printing etc., which compose to our integral optimized supply system. We can independently finish whole product development process from outlook design, structure scheme, mould development, injection, punching, grind ceramic plate, PCB program / circuit design, product assembly and technical & endurance testing. "QUALITY FIRST" is the one and only principle guiding us to run the factories till today and further to the more bright future. Additionally, we have acquired many national patents of innovation.
Regarding brand strategy, not only we focus on own brand building, but also we regard OEM & ODM cooperation development.
