Our company is specialized in manufacturing DTH bits, DTH hammers, and air-leg rock drills, and our quality has reached advanced level in the industry.
Our company is a scientific and technological enterprise composed of professional technicians and managers, 48% of which are junior college and above technical managers. Our company has advanced mechanical processing and HT critical process equipment. We have already passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification. We have been engaged in the research of Rock drills for many years and have independent R&D capability in equipment test and detection means. At the same time, we have established close cooperation with domestic colleges and universities to be jointly engaged in the research and development of high-tech products. Our company has two laboratories for the analysis and research of the key pieces, equipped with professional analysis equipment, including specific detection instruments of micro-hardness, Rockwell hardness testers of the United States, impact test machines, large-scale optical microscopes, Vickers hardness testers, etc.
Over the years, our company has successfully developed a special stone drill, and the total export volume has reached one million pieces. The 90 drill bit researched and developed by our company has won a high reputation in the domestic market and sells well all over the country. The ZRC930, ZRC940, ZRC340, ZRC350, & ZRC360 impact test machines and 90, 115, 138, 152, 165, 178, & 203 high pressure bits, have achieved great breakthrough after many years'' research on lifespan, and the lifespan has reached the domestic advanced level. Our products are playing an increasingly important role in Mining, road and rail construction, drilling and air-source air conditioners, etc. Our gas legged rock drills have been used in more than 10 key projects, like the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Harbor Crossing, Guizhou hydropower station, Chenchao high-speed railway, and Chentang highway.
