Ningbo Zhehua Heavy Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SUTOR Group, is a large-scale enterprise specialized in manufacturing large-diameter, longitudinal seam, double-side, submerge-arc welded steel pipes and spiral seam, double-side, submerge-arc welded steel pipes. The company established in 2004, located at the Ningbo Camel Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Park with 80,000 square meter, which is of convenient transportation, with State Highway 329 and Expressway-Ring around Ningbo City in the vicinity and Port of Ningbo only 15 kilometers away.
With advanced production line for submerge-arc welded steel pipes, the production range by diameter from 219mm to 3420mm and thickness from 6mm to 600mm. The company’s products is satisfactory to the international standards, such as, ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification, API 5L Certification, DNV Certification, China National Product Manufacture License and Pressure Conduit Components Manufacture License.
Zhehua has supplied more than 600,000 tons of special pressure pipes and fittings to projects including the Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Zhoushan Continental Water Diversion Works, Yong-Tai-Wen(NIngbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou) Railway, German Bayer Project, Zhenhai Refining and Chemicals Project, ect. The company now has an annual output of more than 300,000 tons, and its products are being distribute in over 30 countries and regions with high praise from customers. |
