Yongsheng Mould Co., Ltd, located in the Pearl River Delta close to the “Land of Aluminum Processing,” Shunde of Foshan, is a company specialized in the research, development and manufacturing of aluminum extrusion dies and the processing of extrusion components, extrusion containers, extrusion stems and maintaining washers. Over the past 13 years, located at our 9,000m2 facility, our company has developed strong and experienced management, engineering, and technical teams. We have over 120 employees, and we produce over 2,500 sets of dies and components each month.
Our company is equipped with over 100 sets of professional processing and supporting machines of all kinds and over ten domestic vertical machining centers. We have introduced international brands, such as America HAAS, and have adopted auto heat treatment processing equipment with the most modern technology in China, such as high vacuum quenching furnaces.
