Tianjin KAIERTONG Wear-resistance pipe and valve Co., Ltd is located in the Xiaozhan industrial park in Tianjin where is famous for “Xiaozhan rice” in the world. The company is 15 miles away from “Binhai new area”, 10 miles from the “Bohai sea”, 2 miles from the “Jinghu highway”.
When the medium passing through the steel pipe, the shell of pipe will get thinner and thinner by rapid wore and corroded if the hardness of medium is hard enough. KAIERTONG is having made our effort in solving this wear and corrosion problem all the time. Our service: designing and manufacturing the wear-resistance pipe and valve.
KAIERTONG company is one of the directors of China coal cleaning association, also the permanent well-known brand production-oriented enterprise from r&d, design to manufacturing, sales and installation.
We have two series of products:
1. wear-resistance valve
Including ceramic valve, knife gate valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, rubber pipe valve, check valve, etc.
2. wear-resistance ceramic lined pipe
Including thick ceramics wear-resistance pipe, elbow pipe etc.
Our products are widely used in many industries, such as the thick liquid of coal, the papermaking, the syrup, the mud, the petrochemicals, the dumps pollutants ,the steel smelting, the water treatment, the sewage treatment, the hydraulic, the thermal and the nuclear power plants, the food and beverages and biological pharmacies etc.
The company was established in 1990, The standard workshop occupies 6500㎡which is divided into five parts: valve workshop, ceramic lined pipe workshop, centrifuge workshop, assembly and painting workshop and laboratory. Now, KAIERTONG employs more than 300 employees (120 technicians among them ), and has more than 100 machinery equipments.
