Chnstar Furnace Co., Ltd. is located in Haiyan, Zhejiang Province and is 80 kilometers far from Shanghai. Our company’s total area is 10000 square meters in which factory area takes the percentage of 40.And our total staff number is 115, among it there are 43 technicians.
As a technical company, we set the line of designing, producing and selling for heat treatment equipments. Now our company owns 5 national patents and is awarded the title of Science and Technology Enterprise in Zhejiang Province. We have our own technical developing center and have a corporation with the American company SSI and China Mental Research Institute. The annual output of heat treatment of our company is 60 sets, of which spheroidizing furnace series are our main products. Our main products are spheroidizing furnace for carbon steel wire and coil; solution treatment furnace for stainless steel coil, wire and bar; heat treatment furnace for aluminum alloy’s solution and aging; stainless steel tube solutionizing treatment furnace; soft and relief annealing furnace for forging, casting, weld assembly, and steel tube and etc. mesh belt continuous quenching and tempering furnace; sewage and waste gas treatment engineering design and installation; waste heat recycle. And about our products’ types, there are pit type, roller type, bell type, mesh belt, pusher truck, linear continuous and so on. Our products are mainly sold in china, Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Europe and Africa. The technology of Chnstar’s spheroidizing furnace is in an advanced place in China and its sales revenue is also advanced among the companies of the same trade.
Chnstar Furnace Co., Ltd. has a fine line factory of its own with an annual output of 25000 tons which makes it possible to supply a set of training on wire drawing, pickling, phosphating, saponification, spheroidizing, quality inspection to the customers. |
