PCD inserts

1.perfomance :excellent wear-resistance and shock-resistance.
2.material : all our PCD blanks are imported from GE and 6E.
3.application:milling Al-alloy and Cu-alloy,nonmetal materials.

4.samples : we will share the cost partly.

5.we also can customize non-standed inserts as customers' drawings and designs .
CBN inserts
1) high hardness,
2) good wear resistance,

CBN inserts
1.perfomance :excellent wear-resistance and shock-resistance.
2.material : CBN blanks made-in-China and imported are available here.

3.application: turning various Hardened steel HRC 50-67 ,gray cast iron about HB200,high hardness cast iron HRC 50-64,powder metallurgy work-piece,thermal spray coating work-piece etc.
