Beijing International Aeronautical Materials Corp., attached to Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials (BIAM), is mainly engaged in foreign business on the products of BIAM.
BIAM is the eldest and biggest domestic research and manufacture centre on cast superalloy ingots and the biggest worldwide manufacture centre of sintered NdFeB alloy. BIAM is an expert in intense casting, holding two patents. It is the only Chinese company that is able to manufacture ultra-large isothermal forging die/mold by the method of intense casting. BIAM is an exclusive domestic research and manufacture centre on directionally solidified alloy(DZ4,DZ22,DZ22B,DZ125), which is used on advanced engines. BIAM`s mass processed master alloy ingot has a high purity. The content of N, O is lower than 5ppm. The annual production is 4,000 tons. BIAM has obtained the certificate of AS910, GJB 9001A-2001, NADCAP. BIAM is a reputed partner of Beoing, Airbus, Pratt &Whitney, etc.
For decades, BIAM Corp. has been exporting kinds of metal and non-metal products. The export list contains Nickel and Cobolt based ally ingots and castings, Titanium castings, rubber breaking, damping sealing proximate matter, and some functional coatings. It is worth mentioning that due to its expertise on rubber products, BIAM was awarded Golden Supplier by Kirkhill-TA. BIAM`s rubber products are also well received in the High speed rail projects in China.
