Filled with ultra-precise machinery from Japan, Taiwan,these facilities turn out 300.000 stamping parts with a thickness of 0.1mm to 6mm, a minimum tolerance of+/-0.01mm each day.We also produce 20.000kg of electric contacts monthly,suitable for use in relays,timers,AC contactors,thermostats,switches, other electronics devices.
ISO9001:2000 certificated Helicheng produced all parts are ROHS compliant.Moreover our company performs quality control following ISO requirement with latest inspecting device help,including 2D coordinator,universal precision projectors,ASTM electric contact testers, Olympus metallographic analysis instruments as well as salt-spray test machine,coating thickness testing machine,torque testing machine etc
