Dongguan Mingyi Hardware products Co. Ltd,is a wholly-owned enterprise that professionally design and produce Magnesium, Aluminum and Zinc alloy die casting;Provide the service from design development of mould to molding of Casting products and then processing. The products are mainly used on electric machine, lighting decoration, 3C industry, electrical appliances, car, furniture, sport equipments, electrical support and so on.
The company was founded in 2007, has many years experience about development and manufacture management. It has faith: customer-oriented, improving service and reducing the cost continually by the means of technology and management innovation.
We have some departments, including design department, die-casting department, processing department and so on. The engineer and technician all have professional workmanship. The quantity of production workers can be reach to two hundred.
The company equipment is advanced, and some kinds of the equipment are complete. The mold department has three CNC lathes, the bed, the drilling machine, the milling machine, the computer gong, the spark machine, the line cutter and so on. The compression casting department has six produced coldly and hot cell die-casting machines from Taiwan that respectively are 800 ton, 630 ton, 400 ton, 350 ton, 280 ton,200 ton. And also we have 4 Magnesium alloy die-casting machines that respectively are 160 ton, 280 ton,400 ton. The add-on ministry department has sets of equipment complete, such as the drilling machine, the cluster drilling machine, buffing machine, sand slinger, rolling machine, drawing machine, grinder, punch press, baking varnish and so on. Quality control department has a Coordinate Measuring Machine , more than one hundred other gauge instruments.
Our company is strong in technology and has excellent ability of research development. We can produce best quality products according to the customers'' demands. And we also can transfer the factory in our country or transact the export procedure. |
