Sino-German Machinery and Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (SGM) is a specialized company which devotes itself to developing and manufacturing the complete set of equipment of food and agricultural products.
SGM takes advantage of the close cooperation of the companies of the same trade, scientific establishment and experts at home and abroad, and it combines the competitive cost advantage in China and the advanced technical advantage, as well as experiences abroad. In this way, SGM could provide a high-cost-performance complete set of equipment of food and agricultural products for customers in China and abroad.
There are eight secondary organizations in SGM: research and development department, fabrication department, quality inspection department, purchasing department, financial department, sales department, administration department and international affairs executive department. The research and development department takes charge of the production design and new-product development. There are subordinated workshops in the fabrication department which takes charge of the manufacturing in the workshops. The administration department deals with daily routine and logistics. The international affairs executive department is responsible for international trade. The sales department is in charge of marketing and after-sale service. The quality inspection department takes charge of warehouse inspection of raw materials, quality control in manufacturing process and the inspection of end products. The purchasing department is responsible for the buying of raw material and other materials. The financial department is in charge of the financial work of the company.There is 66 staff on active duty in the company. Among them, there are 4 managers, 9 technicians, 5 sales men, 4 accountants, 2 purchasing personnel, 2 quality control personnel, 5 logistics personnel, 32 workers and 3 office clerks. 25 of them are bachelors, 4 of them are graduated from technological academies. There are 4 senior engineers, 10 engineers and 4 accountants in SGM.
SGM was certified by ISO9001-2000 in 2007, and set up a whole quality control system. Because of the advanced manufacturing techniques and strict quality control, SGM provides high-performance products to customers. Also, the position of SGM in the industry is guaranteed.
“Better quality, more efficient, less energy consumption, easy to operate” is always SGM’s objective. The information center and joint ventures in Europe assure SGM to keep pace with Europe in techniques. In the meantime, the R&D center and the workshop in Beijing guarantee an effective use of advanced techniques and customers’ needs. SGM’s product market competition is well elevated in this way. |
