Wafangdian TianJiu Bearings Technology Co., Ltd. (WZFB for the short) is a reformed based on Wafangdian Heavy Bearings Researching &Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is loacated in Taiyang yuanbao industrial park wafangdian, Dalian. Our company was established in 1998. Covering a floor area 30, 000 sqm, building area 12, 800 sqm. The fixed assets is RMB fifty million. The total staff is about 300. There are more than 300 sets professional bearing-productive equipment and special inspect instruments. We own the special measurement office and professional staff.
WZFB is the enterprise which research and manufacture the super precise bearings for machine tools and motors specially. In recent years, our company make so much investment to improve the equipments. We introduced into the special equipment, precise inspection devices and advanced technology on the bearings line from the domestic and oversea.
And our company engage many high-grade designers and technicans with plenty of experience on the bearings too. It is the good team with special system of professional organization and management for high precise bearings.
WZFB carry out the ISO and the latest national standard. We pay high attention on the bearings from the material cutting to the final service after sales. The whole process are in the control by the upper office. The quality is improving steadily and quickly. The precision of the bearings we manufactured can attain P5, SP, P4, UP class, someones even could be P2 class.
They are widely applied in machine tools, CNC, medium-large-size motor and precise rolling mill etc. With their good character that super precision, low- noise, high running speed, long-life. It is good for the users to save cost and cut the cycle for the stock. Our bearings could repace by the ones via importation and supply the lack in the domestic market.
