Seaflyer Precision Industry (shenzhen) Co., Ltd is founded in 1998. At present, we have 600 workers(including 200 skilled engineers), and factory coverage is 10,000 squre meters.
We are specialized in designing and manufacturing injection moulds for Automotive, Medical and Household industries; we can also make BMC Mould, Overmould , MUD mould, Gas-assisted mold, Prototype mould and two-shots moulds.
More than 80% tools are exported to Europe, North America, Japan and Australia. We have won good reputation and supports from worldwide customers for the following reasons:
1) Advanced Equipments: 13 CNC machines, 4 high precision EDM machines, 3 high precision wire cut machines, 30 injection machines, 15 flat grinders and 1 CMM measuring machine.
2) Powerful Design Capability: Our 35 experienced designers can use Pro-E, UG, Solidwork, CAD and we can do mold-flow analysis.
3) Professional Project Management: 10 project engineers and 3 managers would help the clients to solve any problem in mold design, mold processing and mold testing. They contact customers daily and send Time Schedule weekly.
4) Strict Quality Control: With ISO 9001:2000 certified, we’d also construct TS16949 system in 2009.
The QC Dept consists of 13 professionals (including 1 manager).
Our molds and parts are inspected throughout the tooling process: Drawing audit, CNC milling check, Copper electrode check, Finished EDM check , After W/C process check, Mold fitting and assembly check, Molding samples’ check, Full check before mold delivery.
Steel & moldbase certificate, heat treatment report, ASP,FAI,CPK,GR&R, MSA, SPC, PPAP reports are available.
