There is a tender coming up the next month for supply of 10,000 polyethylene tapes to Bangladesh government owned Gas Company. The particular of the Polyethylene tape as follows:

Polyethylene Tape (2" X 400’)

1. Total Thickness (mils): > 25
2. PE Backing (mils): > 13
3. Butyl Rubber Adhesive (mils): > 12
4. Tensile strength at +23 degree Celsius (N/10mm tape width): > 50
5. Yield strength at +23 degree Celsius (N/10mm tape width):> 40
6. Elongation at break at +23 degree Celsius: > 200%
7. Adhesion to primed steel at+23 degree Celsius at 300 mm/min rate of extension (N/10 mm tape width): > 0.25
8. Water vapor transmission rate (Gm/meter square/24hrs): > 0.2
Water absorption at +23 degree Celsius after 1 day : > 0.1%
9. Dielectric strength (KV/mm Thickness): > 40
10. Application temperature: 5 degree – 50 degree Celsius
11. Colour: Black

Do you manufacture the above mentioned Polyethylene Tape that matches the specifications please let me know.
