1. High Speed Partition Making Machine

Features:

2. Auto Rotary Slotting Machine(Vacuum System)

Features: The advanced negative preasure absorption technology is used for automatically feeding paper, the wind rate is adjustable, let the uneven paper input smoothly.
It can finish cardboard-cutting, scoring, slotting and cutting corner at the same time.
The scoring is uniform and the size is accurate.
The hole making device can be provided.

3. Four Color High Speed Flexo Printing Die-Cutting Machine

Functions and Characteristics:
1.Adopt PLC control the phase adjustment of each printing unit, operate easily.
2.All transmission rollers are made of high quality steel, plate with the hard chromiym, surface is ground.
3.Driving gears are made of 40Cr high grade alloy steel and ground, the rockell hardness is 50 after the heat treatment.
4.Each unit adopt electric seperating and pneumatic locking and whole locking. The alarm rings during the walking to ensure the safety of the operator. Different type of alarm sounding for start and stop the machine.
5.Using two hands together to press the starto button to ensure the safety of the operator.
6.There is dead-stop button in the front,middle and back of the machine.
7.There is instruction light(LED three-color instruction light) for the equipment electrifying, awaiting working and in unusual condition.
8.There is a dead-stop button in each unit of printing machine, the operator can stop each unit when in the middle of each unit to keep the operatpor safety.

4. Multi-Color Flexo Printing (Slotting) Machine

Function and characteristic:
The corrugation roller diamerter is 475 and can print and slot at the same time. It adop
ts the chain cardboard feeding to meet the problem of irregular cardboard feeding. The Max. width we can manufacture is 2600mm and the Min. cardboard height is 360mm.
1.Phase adjustment adopt electrical digital adjustment i.e. it can preset the number or adjust by manual.
2.Electric walking with electromagnetic safety cluthch for easy and safe operation.
3.Pneumatic each unit locking and whole locking.
4.Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking up and easy to clean.
5.The slotting height can be adjusted simultaneously or adjust it seperately. Note: The slotting part can be produced as four kinfe die cutting model toensure the slotting neat and beautiful.
6.Using hand oil filling pump to lubricate each unit, easy, clean and save oil.

5. Corrugated Cardboard Production Line

corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for
producing corrugated cardboard. The 3ply,5ply,7ply, and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment: Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(core-paper)pre-heater.Single Facer, Conveying Span Bridge. Glue Application Machine, Double Facer, Slitter Scorer, Cut-off, Conveyer and Stacker, Heating System, Air compression system and Glue Making System,etc. The 3ply,5ply,7ply, and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line has high middle and low grade with diferent-specification and different-quantity equipment.On the base of understanding the requirement of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad,our company has developed and desighed these production line with the speed 60-220m/min; the paper width 1600-2200mm and four fluting UV type A,B,C,E for all the customers to choose from.
