The size of the Jumbo roll before cutting is as follows : for Clear and Brown tape
Width : 162 Cm
Length : 4000 Mtrs

Width : 145 Cm For Paper tapes
Length : 3000 yds

This jumbo roll to be fixed on the cutting machine and on the opposite side an paper core to be located.
and then we start winding from the major roll to the opposite paper core. We keep winding until the required tape is already on the opposite core. (ie) 30 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards or more and then we stop winding. After that we start cutting. According to the required widths (ie) 1 inch, 2 inch or 3 inches . And then we start packing. 24 or 36 or 72 pcs per carton.

Now we need to know if your machine matching with above spcs. However we still need core machines.

p.s. Do you think that second hand machines (In good conditions) will satisfy our project or should we stick with new machines. Please quote for both machines. pls send more info.
