產品描述

Muscovite plates are plate-type insulating materials. First, high-quality raw mica ores are made into thin mica papers; then, mica papers are pressed together with adhesives by high pressure and in high-temperature condition. It has excellent properties of heat resistance, flame resistance and electrical insulation. Muscovite plates are widely used as frames in hair dryers, toasters, air warmers, ovens, rice cookers, microwave ovens, plastic heating elements and other electrical products and electric heating equipment.

Muscovite plates' operating temperature for long-time use is 500 Celsius degree and the most commonly used mica plate thickness is from 0.1 to 2.0 mm; they are usually divided into hard and flexible mica plates and the major difference between them is that hard mica plates can not be bent and but flexible plates can.
