The goods supplied by vendors should conform the following requirements:
1),IC Grade broken silicon wafers: the Si purity should be more than 99.9999%(Si≥6N)
2),Broken Silicon Wafers should be bare without pattern,film,diffusion and oxide
3),The resistivity should be more than 0.50 ohm.cm in case of P type.
The resistivity should be more than 1.0 ohm.cm ince case of N type
4)The goods supplied by vendors should be washing-free without any infusible substances
