Hebei Delin Titanium Industry Co.,Ltd is integrating titanium fabrication, trade with exploitation. The processing includes electrode making, smelting, forging and machine processing.
Our company covers 25000 square meters and now has 160 employees. Our products, titanium ingot, plate, tube and bar, have been sold to more than 30 countries and areas. They have received many favorable answers because of high quality. The titanium smelting, forging and machine processing, which was invested 18 million RMB, have been classified “closed projects enterprise” by local government.
Our company has 3 field offices. They are in Shenyang, Baoji and Suzhou respectively, We have been offering different specification high quality titanium and titanium alloy ingot, plate, tube and bar for customers.
Our producing equipments include 4 sets 2T consumable vacuum arc furnace, 4 sets 800kg consumable vacuum arc furnace, 1 set 3T forging hammer, 1 set 650kg air hammer, 1 set 3500T sponge titanium extrusion press, 1 set 2000T sponge titanium extrusion press, and more than 160 sets support facilities, which include Planers, Engine lathes, sawing machines, millers, drillers, plate shearers, etc. Those equipments not only can meet our own factory’s need, but also can do processing for customers, such as processing 600-2000kg titanium ingots, billet forging, machining, etc.
