Established in 1935, Nengfa Weiye Tieling Valve Joint-Stock., Ltd is one of the largest valve manufactures in China, which occupies an area of 200, 000 m2, engaging in valve manufacturing and R&D for 70 years. Since 1995, the manufacturing quality control system has been certified to ISO9001: 2000. We have been entitled Manufacture License of Special Equipment of the P. R. China and has attended China General Machinery Industrial Association, Valve Branch, as a vice board chairman enterprise. We offer a variety of products including butterfly valve and gate valve, check valve, regulating valve, air valve, penstock and power station valves in commercial, industrial and municipal application, such as petrochemical industry, municipal water supply and drain, gas, electric power, water conservancy and metallurgy industry etc., The nominal pressure is 1x10-7~42.0MPa, the biggest diameter is 6, 000mm, the suitable mediums include oil, water, furnace gas blast, gas, steam, acid, soda and salt liquid, the suitable temperature is -196Co~+680Co, the actuating types include manual control, motor-driven, pneumatic control, and hydraulic control etc. We have been able to serve as supplier to national as well as international market including Italy, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Ethiopia etc 40 countries.
In addition, our foundry subsidiary company have equipped with advanced production line in terms of cast iron, gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, cast iron with low alloy. Our products of cast brass, cast aluminum and cast nonferrous alloys can be customized to your needs in the center of Nonferrous Metallurgy Precision Foundry. Also, employed with national and international advanced techniques in the field of coal flour sand, resin sand, lost foam, centrifugal pressure casting, 3 tons/ 0.5 ton intermediate frequency furnace, 5 tons frequency induction furnace, 8 tons cupola furnace, 1 ton aluminum melting furnace, we are able to provide a wide range of products under ISO 9001: 2000 quality control standards, valve body, pump body, lathe bed, lathe leg, auto flywheel, cast iron and cast steel, nonferrous metal arts & crafts, cast of high-silicon AL-SL alloy/bar, board, strap. Annual capacity to fill customers orders- 40, 000 tons cast steel, 5, 000 tons cast brass, 3, 000 tons cast aluminum. Our international buyers include South Korea, the U. S. Japan and other regions worldwide.
