Sub: Our requirement of 2200 Ton Aluminium Extrusion Press Line.

We propose to put one Aluminium Extrusion Press Line with a press capacity of 2200 M/Ton for which we require the following:

01. Hot Log Shear suitable for 2200 M/Ton Press line:

Fuel: Natural Gas, High Speed Diesel Oil & LDO

02. 2200 Ton Oil Hydraulic Horizontal 4 Column Direct Aluminium Extrusion Press Line consisting of Hydraulic Press complete with Material Handling Equipment like Puller, Stretchers, Cut Off Saw etc.
Automatic Packing Line with weighing Machine

03. Die Oven for preheating the dies

04. Ageing Oven –

Size of the Ageing Oven should be suitable to the aforesaid Press Line.

Fuel: Natural Gas/Electricity
