We Want to set up a new welded wire mesh making plant with all the necessary machines, equipment tools, accessories, optional & auxiliaries for the production of WELDED WIRE MESH/FABRIC FOR CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT from galvanized and un-galvanized cold rolled wire rod/coil to finished products
WHAT TO PRODUCE: Welded wire mesh for the reinforcing of light building, pre cast and civil engineering construction works. [i]. Line wire spacing: 50mm minimum and 150mm maximum, [ii]. Cross wire spacing: 50mm, to 150mm, [iii]. Wire diameter: 2.5mm minimum and 6mm maximum, [iv]. Mesh width: 1000 – 3000mm maximum, Length: 1000 – 6000mm maximum, [v]. Packaging:In Rolls. Subject to your final specifications & recommendation.
RAW MATERIALS: Galvanized and/or Un-galvanized cold rolled wire rod/coil Diameter from 2.5mm to 7mm maximum only
MACHINES: Complete with all the accessories, tools, optional, auxiliaries, spare parts, control panes, etc.,[i].LINE WIRE PAY-OFF: To process 3mm to 6mm diameter wires only. Please forward detailed descriptions & specifications, etc of the exert models you recommend & the number of sets we require. The capacity should be in line with the line wire straightener,[ii]. LINE WIRE STARIGHTENER: To straighten 3mm to 6mm diameter wires only. Please forward detailed descriptions & specifications including diameter of wire to be starightened, no of straightening rollers, distance between tow wires/pitch of line wire, capacity, speed, poer requirment, etc of the exert model your recommend,[iii].LINE WIRE PULLER: To pull 3mm to 6mm diameter line wire. Please forward detailed descriptions & specifications including no of rolls, diameter of wire to be pulled, no of lines that will be pulled at a time, capacity.speed, power requirment, etc of the exert model you recommend,
[iv].LINE WIRE ACCUMULATOR: Please specify the job/ues of this machine. It it really neccesary? If yes please forward detailed descriptions & specifications, etc of the exert model you recommend,[v]. LINE WIRE FEEDER: To feed the welding system with 3mm to 6mm diameter wire. Please forward detailed descriptions & specifications of the exert model you recommend, [vi].CROSS WIRE STRAIGHTER/CUTTER: To starighten & cut 3mm to 6mm diameter wires only. Please forward detailed descriptions & specifications of the exert model you recommend. Do we need seperate pay0off rel for the machine? If yes please include details.Do we require cross wire magazine to hold the pre-cut cross wires? If yes please include details,[vii].CROSS WIRE FEEDED: To feed the welding machine with 3mm to 6mm diameter wires. Pls fwd detailed descriptions & specifications, etc accordingly,[viii].WELDING SYSTEM: Width of mesh 2.6meters, Length 2mm minimum to 6meters maximum, diameter of both line & cross wires from 3mm to 6mm, line & cross wire spacing from 50mm to 150mm. Pls fwd detailed descriptions & specification, etc of the exert model you recommed. We want to occasionally produce mesh with line/cross spacing 25mm x 25mm up to 50mm x 50mm. Is this possible with the system you recommended. Is no dont bother we will produce only from 50mm to 150mm,[vx].MESH CUTTER: to cut the above welded wire mesh to size width maximum 3 meters and length 6meters respectively. Pls fwd deatils accordingly,[x].MESH REPAIR EQUIPMENT: To repair above mentioned welded wired mesh. Pls fwd details accordingly,[xi].MESH TURNING/ROLLING MACHINE: To turn/roll the above mentioned mesh. Pls fwd details accordingly.Please forward details of other machines & equipment, tools, accessories, auxiliaries we require but not mentioned above.
UTILITIES:[i].Water available.Pls fwd detailed requirment,[ii] Electricity 1phase/50hz/220V, 3phase/50hz/380V available but irregular, refurbished stand by generator required. Pls fwd detailed requirment. Also pls fwd detailed requirment of other utilities.

Pls fwd detailed proposal for the supply of the complete packaged small scale plant with all the necessary machines, tools, accessories, optional & auxiliaries, etc for the making of welded wire mesh as per above-mentioned for the reinforcing of light building, pre cast and civil engineering construction works. The detailed proposal should include[i]. detailed individual descriptions, specifications, etc of the welded reinforcing wire mesh to be produced, [ii].detailed individual descriptions, specifications, printed catalogs, etc of all the required machines, tools, accessories, optional & auxiliaries, etc,[iii].detailed individual descriptions, specifications of the raw materials [cold rolled rods/coils, etc] including consumption rates,[iv]. optimum plant capacity, [v] detailed descriptions, specifications, etc of the utilities required including rates,[vi]. manufacturing method & process descriptions including flow charts. Plant layout diagram/plant,[vii]. itemized quotations - FOB & C & F Lagos Nigeria, Delivery/shipping schedules. Terms of payment, [viii]. other necessary details.
