This our client is very much interested to buy the product base on contract and they informed us that any company that is able to handle the contract will sign the contract agreement with them for the period of 12 months.

Payment terms: according to the Director General of the buying organization in our meeting with them as their sourcing agent they informed us that they will made 100% T/T advance payment of the total invoice value immediately after signing the contract agreement with them. also they made us to understand that your present will be needed in Benin for the signing of the contract and to complete other contract formalities for your immediate payment.

Upon the above information we urge you to send us your quotation of you products to enable us submit same to the buing organization for their kind study and to enable them proceed for the contract award to your good office.
