we want to buy cut-to-length and slitting lines (or combined)for metal coils.
The specifications
For cut-to-length line
- types of materials:
 galvanized steel (strip thickness from 0,5mm to 1mm)
 stainless steel AISI 304 (strip thickness from 1mm to 3mm)
 carbon steel (strip thickness from 2mm to 6mm)
- coil width from 500mm to 1500mm
- min. strip width 85mm
- line production speed not less than 140m/min

For cut- to-width line
- types of materials:
 galvanized steel (strip thickness from 0,5mm to 1mm)
 stainless steel AISI 304 (strip thickness from 1mm to 3mm)
 carbon steel (strip thickness from 2mm to 6mm)
- max. coil weight 15t
- coil width from 500mm to 1500mm
- line production speed not less than 120m/min

We also want to buy Guillotine shears and plate-bending press to finish the parts of carbon steel (thickness up to 10mm), stainless steel AISI 304-316 (thickness 8mm). The max. cutting length is 4100mm, max. bending length is 4000mm.

We are interested in purchasing thread-rolling machine for the mounting stud production of the stainless steel AISI 304 metering pin. Pls find attached the drafts of the details we are goning to produce. The planned annual production capacity is 1 500 000 end items on two-shift operation. We are especially interested in purchasing the multi-thread rolling machine with built-in appliance for wire levelling and cutting.

We would like to specify that the machine we are going to purchase should meet the requirements to perform following functions:

1) automatic feeding of metering rod

2) cutting off into the needed size

3) processing of the stud ends according to the drafts (on the drafts this part of the stud is marked red)

4) rolling the thread

5) automatic unloading of the end item
