Dear Sir,

We are a medium scale press draw stamping factory making various products for the shoes & leather industries such as eyelets, rivets, hooks and buckles.

We wish to modernize our rivet manufacturing facility by introducing high speed fully automated assembly for capping the top eyelets of the rivets. The caps and the eyelets are produced by our moulds. The caps have to be capped on the head/flange of the eyelet, by the assembly machines. The final product is a top of a two part rivet.

The machines should be fast speed and accurate so that we are able to produce large volumes.

We have two sizes for which we are providing you the following specifications

Small size (Dimensions are in mm)
Cap size – Outer diameter 7.50, Inner diameter 7.10, Height 1.70
Eyelet size – Outer diameter 3.60, Head/flange 7.30, Height 4.40
After assembly of cap & eyelet (top) Outer diameter 3.60, Height – 4, Head/flange 7

Big size (Dimensions are in mm)
Cap size – Outer diameter 10, Inner diameter 9.60, Height 3.10
Eyelet size – Outer diameter 4, Head/flange 9.30, Height 5.40
After assembly of cap & eyelet (top) Outer diameter 4, Height – 5.8, Head/flange 9.8
