Tianjin Daquirzhuang Jinzhou Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. occupies a piece of land more than 20,000
square meters with a total investment of 45 million yuan, of which US$3.5 million are invested
in equipment. The company produces various aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die-castings. The
company has a designed production capability is 1,500 tons per year, being one of the large
die-casting foundries in the country.
Our company has global first-class die-casting equipment to produce die-castings according to
national standards. Die-casting machines are all imported from the Italian manufacture ITLPRESSE.
The IP3007, IP400T, IP500T, IP700T and IP1350T models are controlled by computers with
man-machine dialogue function and adopt parabolic die-casting technological process to produce
diversified aluminum alloy die-castings. These imported machines are equipped with pouring robots,
painting robots, pick-off robots and mold temperature controlling system.
Tianjin Daqiuzhuang Jinzhou Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. has also advanced inspection instruments
and full sets of metrology devices, including optical spectrum analyzer, tensile testing machine
and various inspection equipment for checking metal and mechanical properties. Die-castings of
different standard alloys in the world can be made.
Our company mainly produces castings for automobiles, motorcycles, electric motors, sewing
machines and lighting devices as well as die-castings for other industrial sectors. Our die-castings are supplied to famous enterprises in Germany, Japan, Korea, Italy and Singapore with
high reputation and credit. Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system
certification and is a member of the Tianjin Die-casting Association.
