We are looking forward for the ‘Thermal Insoles’ (Aulo Igloo Suia) (used in a very cold climate) in a large quantity. We have an urgent requirement about 4 lacs pair of this of a very good quality. SPECIFICATION OF THERMAL INSOLES (AULO IGLOO SUIA)

1. Polyethylene Foam
2. Mix of EVA and CORK moulded into Sheet 80% EVA % 20 % Cork.
3. Polyester Felt.
4. Polyester Calibrated individually sealed as Cell Sheet.
5. Polyprolene Wool & Viscose Felt needled 10%, 25%, 65% respectively – 3.3 mm Thick
6. Brog Fleece – 50% Wool & 50% Nylon.
7. Aluminium foil (P.P. Flim melallised 20 Micron Polyester Scrim 08/08 tapes / cm & LDPE coating.
8. The insole shall be lighter in weight & shall be inconformity with the mas/m2 of combined material as claimed by manufacturer/supplier.
