KEL mainly manufactures metal pipe fittings using carbon steel , alloy steel, stainless steel, alloy titanium and so on. And the staples include steel pipe flange, flange for ship, seamless, welded steel elbow, tee joint, difference radius pipe, pipe cap, welded ring, socket joint, thread pipe fitting, etc.
KEL’s products, with specification covers metric DN15-DN2000 or inch 1/2”～78” products, are according to GB, HG, HGJ, SH, SY, DL, ASME, ANSI, JIS and DIN.
The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, electric power, nuclear energy, metallurgical industry, shipbuilding, food industry, pharmacy, urban supply line and environmental protection for its proper material, standardized size, easy assembly and safety performance.
Today, KEL has a total floot space of 25000 square metres and its factory buildings cover about 15000 square metres. There are more than 100 sets of facilities such as common lathe, forging press, heavy caliber endface lathe, vertical lathe, drilling machine, etc. Especially, there are 5 sets such as 2000T Hydraulic Forming Machine, 1200T and 1500T Horizontal Press and Four-colume Core Press-the most advanced one in China. Its annual flange products output is 5000 tons and steel pipe fittings is 3000 tons.
The KEL have built the QC System according to GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000 and the requirements of safety register to pressure pipe elements manufacture .By means of programming and effectively controlling all the manage courses, resources supply, product realization, measure analyzing and improve measures, it can be ensured that all product and service will meet the needs of customers.
