Qingdao Strong Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Wangtai Town, Jiaonan City, Shandong Province, neighboring Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone and Bonded Area. It is 20 km away from Qingdao Qianwan Port and Jiaozhou Railway Station, 40 km away from Qingdao Liuting International Airport. It is next to Wanghuang Highroad, Round-Jiaozhou Bay Speedway and 204 National Highroad where the international and domestic traffic is predominant.
Reckoning on many years’ casting experience, it further invested over RMB 5 million in 2006 for bringing in internationally advanced silicasol precision casting technique. The company occupies an area of over 10,000 sq.m. with more than 100 employees, among whom there are 18 professional technicians. The company is equipped with perfect quality assuring system and spectrum analyzer made by Germany Spectro, advanced inspecting apparatus device and perfect product testing methods.
The company produces a variety of precision castings including pipes, building hardware, medical appliance parts, valves, vessel hardware, automobile parts, pumps, pump parts, textile parts and other complicated mechanical gadget in silica sol technology. The materials are mainly stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. Weight of the casting ranks from 5g to 20 kg. The annual productivity is 600 tons.
The products are sold to America, Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, etc. Quality of the product is ratified and trusted by customers of both China and foreign countries. It has been authorized by ISO9002 quality management system.
