Our company was incorporated in 1998 to become a major supplier of silicon epitaxial wafer for the Power Device Industry and Bipolar IC Industry in Russia. One of the main principles of company activity is our cooperation with our partners on the base of mutual
trust and long-term interests. We're interesting in buying silicon ingots.
Please pay your attention to our basis technical requirements to ingots:
Ingot growth method: CZ
Ingot diameter, mm: 100-125
Orientation: 111
Dopant: Antimony or Arsenic

Monthly volume of purchases: more than 2000 kg.
